i don't think there is a cure t o depression or feeling bad... either way you take meds wean yourself off think you feel fine..you never are fine.. cause up one day your biolevels are all off and you feel like your falling down a hill again.. so here you are right back in the middle of feeling too good to feeling too bad.. oh this is what you call manic depression.. and so far nothing really works. no drugs, no meds, no booze, not really anything soo far.. from what i have found. so live with it or find a different pattern to live your life.

I just try to keep busy. I remember one year I went through a phase where I watched 1 movie a day just to keep my mind off depressing things. I ended up watching so many flicks.
