Oh man, are people in SoCal really that fucktarded? German literature doesn't have really that many famous authors, and it wasn't like you were naming an obscure writer like Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. WTF?!

Anyway, I'm in this time for sure. Last time RF threw a shindig, I didn't go because I went to Sunset Junction instead. Now that I've personally experienced the douchebaggery that is the Sunset Junction Street Fair, I would much rather go to one of RF's BBQ's instead.

And I agree that 1) Saturday night is better than Friday night & 2) August is better than July because of the Comic-Con in San Diego.

Randall, it might be easier if you list a few possible dates and let us vote, This event is at your country estate after all.

For me, I perfer Sat nights. I'm too tired on Fri nights. I'll be the one in the speedo and a cowboy hat.
