I'm glad the lockout is over and I'll watch games on TV or via illegal livestreams. However, I won't be giving the NHL any money by purchasing single tickets.
As for predictions, I would've picked the Kings to repeat except Anze Kopitar reportedly injured his knee playing overseas and is out for three weeks.

Rangers need to quit slacking and get around to beating the Capitals in the play offs. Stupid Stat: It's the third consecutive season these two teams are facing each other in the playoffs and the fourth time in five years.

Well, at least your Rangers had a little bit of fight in them. There's a distinct possibility that my Islanders are gonna get swept, especially since Crosby has been cleared to come back.
Still, it's nice being in the play-offs instead of wondering who the organization might pick in the draft.

Unbelievable.
I watched until the score was 2-1 Leafs and went for a jog. When I get back, they're going into OT tied at 4-4. I check the box score and see that they were up 4-1 and let the Bruins score 3 goals in the last 10 minutes of the game. Unbelievable. I guess the question arises: Is it better to get it over quickly and get swept like the Canucks or put up a good fight, take it to game 7, but get gut-punched with an epic choke?
