Why would the Chinese need military action when all they could really do is send a bunch of men in suits and collect on our debt? That will send the US quaking in their boots much more.

Reminds me of the Simpson episode where Lisa is president and Bart has to smooth everything over. The Chinese leader says in mock Chinglish, "You pay us now!" and Bart remarks, "What happened to you guys, you guys used to be so cool." To which the Chinese leader changes his tune, "You pay us later!"
