I do those things too! Always peeling the labels off my bottles of beer when I start getting buzzed; and then then try to either stick it back on the bottle or fold it into a thousand pieces while I'm talking very loudly to my friends!

I start to get really animated and make huge sweeping gestures with my hands when I'm talking or bring them up to my face to check how hot my cheeks have gotten. Oh! Definitely the overhwhelming feeling of love for everyone! My face starts to cramp because I'm smiling from ear to ear at everyone and everything.

I also get very gutsy when I'm drinking. I'll attempt things I would never consider when I'm sober.
