I'm probably being a bit harsh with my rating, but after the initial dazzling longshot of Nazis parading in front of the Arc de Triomphe, it was a little tedious.

Star Trek Into Darkness - 9
For not being even remotely a Star Trek fan this movie rocked. This was everything I expected Iron Man 3 to be and more. 3D was good, Story was great and the new twist was Dope. This has that Dark Knight caliber to it.

Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives-3
It gets one point for the opening water buffalo sequence. Another for the princess/catfish stuff. And a final point for the glittering cave. I don't care that it won the Palme D'Or. I don't care that the director has a respectable following among cinephiles and critics. This movie sucked.
