Not bad, but one 12oz bottle is enough for a year. You tried the Dogfish Bitches Brew yet? $10 for a big ass bottle best sipped while listening to Zawinul's keyboard noodling.

I take it you don't like pumpkin beers? I thought this year's Punkin' was better than last years. I'm down for anything pumpkin, in fact, I'm getting in a bunch of pumpkin stuff from the east coast through trades. FDM, u might want to look for some Southern Tier Pumking or Cape Ann Fisherman's Imperial Pumpkin Stout. You should be able to get them easily out by you.

yeah, sorry naga. love the pumpkin beers. love fall seasonals in general. i'll keep an eye out for that pumking and fisherman's. i know one of the bars around my neighborhood has fisherman's on tap, not sure if they carry the seasonal though.

even though a lot of people dog on it, i think the Shipyard Pumpkinhead Ale is really good. a lot of people think it's too sweet/strays too far away from the beer, but it's basically like drinking pumpkin pie. it's really sweet and cinnamon-y.

Went to the Surly Goat last night and had Bravo, Abacus, Parabola, and FW13 off draft. It was insane.

I think tickets are all sold out already. I've had friends that have gone. Sounds like it's fun but also insanity.

Didn't make it to Surly Goat for Firestone Walker the other night so gonna make it up at Blue Palms tonight. What was the turnout at Goat like, lupine? Maybe I'll try to come through early.

The turnout wasn't as huge as I was expecting. Maybe it was because it was a Tuesday night, but considering what was being presented, I was thinking the place was going to be at least half full. All the tables and seats were taken up but there's a lot of floor area that wasn't exactly filled. I would expect Blue Palms would be a bit more packed tonight though since it's a Friday.

Just found out my wife got me TWO four-packs of Surly Wet. They're all sold out at my fave beer shop and, luckily, I got two of them.
