Something slightly spicy, a lttle salty, and full of chunks of pork...
Could be Mexican, or Thai, or Vietnamese, but something ethnic and tasty.

And I'll probably wind up with something All American and whitebready, sigh.

Not so much craving as really wanting to try. Percebes or gooseneck barnacles. They're supposed to be fairly expensive and a delicacy in Spain and Portugal. The way they are harvested is quite dangerous for the worker. There's an importer at $75 a tin can (can be found on Amazon), but I am under the impression that barnacles are best enjoyed fresh.

Harvesting photos (sure looks like a manly job)

Something salty and sweet at the same time. Like brownies with salted pecans, or Tin Roof Sundae ice cream with extra salted peanuts. Or a Salted Pecan Brownie Tin Roof Sundae Sundae.

And it's after midnight, so I think I'll go smoke cigarettes, and have sweet (and salty) dreams.
