matzoh ball soup.

3 nights ago i made it after i hadnt made it in a long long time (like a year). and i dont think i chilled it long enough or something because every single last ball fell apart and i ended up with fucking matzoh roux.

anyway, tonights turned out well. well chilled, and i made sure to pack down the balls really really well. and they turned out just fine. fluffy/chewy the way i like.

tomorrow night, matzah brei.

dunno why i go jewish every now and then.

I'm not eating anything right now... But I did go to a buffet for dinner, where I had some roast beef and other round-eye Chinese food favourites. Now I feel very full and bloated.

Remind me to never go to buffets ever again.

I tell myself I'll never go to another buffet as long as I live. But. I end up going to one a few months later.
