No, those are all good points. The fact that the camera just got a $100 price drop hinted to me that either Olympus has a replacement on the way or they're expecting one of the PENs to take the spot of the XZ-1.

I was seriously thinking about getting one but then I got one of those m4/3 Panasonic 20mm prime lenses for my E-PL1.

$30? yikes. just wait a few months. there will be plenty of cheaper knock-offs. pretty much what happened with Gorillapod.

I have a QuikPod tripod bracket/adaptor that's for iPhones but happens to fit my Nexus S too. Also $30 but it also comes with a little tripod and stuff.

panasonic gf3 + 14mm f/2.5 lens for 329. that's an amazing deal, considering if you buy the lens by itself it costs around 300 bucks. i'd be all over this if i wanted m4/3.
