i am, because who cares; but i'm not, because the MLS needs fans.

hopefully that'll get the league on sportscenter and shit.

but i do think it's funny that if they're trying to make the Galaxy "america's team" (and make up for the fact that L.A. has no NFL team), they're going to have to get a lot better. i think Beckham will help them, and they do have some really good players in Jones, Pavon, and Donovan, but somehow, they still suck.

i'm interested to see if the "Posh Spice takes it up the arse" chants make the move with him. i guess it makes less sense without the "Arsenal" pun. i'd make fun of him for going straight to hollywood, as you might predict.

i'm not an mls fan, but i'm planning on watching saturday's game w/ or w/out beckham. watching fever pitch before the game, since it surrounds chelsea.

What do you mean surround Chelsea? Are you going to the match. I'm so jealous if so. My London mates will be there. Watch out for flying celery! It's all in good fun.

i'll probably watch that... if i'm awake. i'm just really curious about the outcome since there's not much grounds for comparison.... although i assume Chelsea's gonna steamroll em.

haha i hear Becks isn't even going to play. Whats the lastest word from the west coast papers? I bet he goes in after 60 minutes.

Shammy if you remember the name of the Chelsea fan movie you'll watch this weekend please post it. I'm a big Chelsea fan. Even went to west London just for a few games.

Yeah I'm getting into baseball for the first time this year. Its something to watch during the summer.

ha, I got my Beckham tickets. The game isn't until Sept. 30, either. All I keep thinking is, "don't get injured", because I spent way too much for those seats for something other than a special engagement.

If Univision or one of the sports networks has it on I'm sure to watch it! This has been such a great season (though it would be nice to have the proof of it with wins for my teams)!

Asian Cup semi-finals:

Iraq v Korea
KSA v Japan

Both Arab countries winning their previous matches in FT. Both East Asian teams winning by the skin of their teeth in PK's. I'm still predicting/hoping another Japan v Korea rivalry match for the finals.

I guess I was wrong about the order of the matchups. In any case I'm looking forward to both matches.

Woohoo!

Kind of pissed I'm going to miss out on the Superliga play in Chicago on the 1st. The date crept up too quickly. Sheeit.

BUT I get to see Blanco play when the Fire come here next month. Please don't be injured!
