Devil May Cry reboot/prequel looks badass! Very punk rock and Batman-ish?

I just spent the last hour troubleshooting my Wii's WiFi connection.

I was watching "The Battle of Algiers" on Netflix when the movie paused and a progress bar that read "RETRIEVING" popped up. After about a minute of the progress bar not moving, I backed out onto Netflix's main menu and when I tried to resume the movie I got Error 51330, which basically means I've got no internet connection.

Of course everything else in my house was still working, so it was a problem with the Wii.

After digging through forums and Nintendo's help center, I ended up discovering that the Wii didn't like the fact that my router was broadcasting on channel 9. It only plays nice on channels 1 and 11.

God that's so fucking stupid.

Weird! Never knew that either.

My latest gaming news is that I picked up the new Prof. Layton game for NDS. Haven't opened it yet, though. Too busy playing "The Witcher" (via Steam). Just wish we had the unedited version that everyone else got. I wanna see some hot cutscene sex!

Reach is better than I thought. I kinda gave up on the franchise.

I started the new Prof. Layton game. Awesome!

Also, still playing The Witcher. Slightly annoyed by how much it crashes. Not sure what the deal is, though. Mine was purchased through Steam. The camera sometimes gets in the way, too. Otherwise, it's been a fun romp. Too bad it's the edited version.

Oh, yeah. This is all while I'm waiting for Fallout New Vegas, too.
