I've been playing Manhunt since last Friday night. I just returned it to the video store a few hours ago. By the time I returned it, I managed to get to the level where you fight Piggy after spending god knows how many hours trying to make my way around Starkweather's guards.

For me the novelty of watching the cutscenes where you 'execute' (the main selling point of the game) someone kind of gets tired after a while. All I have to say is that it's an alright game if you've got lots of patience and like hiding and skulking around as opposed to a fast action semi non linear combat game.

also, tons of NCAA Football 2004, rutgers is currently in their 5th national championship game, I may be dreaming, BUT I'M AT THE CONTROLS GOD DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats it

I was wondering about that for manhunt. It just didnt seem really action packed. Good gore but slow. Sounds like a pass.

I'm starting Dynasty Warriors 3 for the first time. What's the point of the game? Is it endless button mashing ass kicking? Do you level up and get other weapons? It's ok so far and I'm digging the kung fu/matrix moves.

Anyone else playing Fire Emblem for GBA? It's kind of a cross between an RPG and Advance Wars.

Picked up Mr. Mosquito (PS2) and Need For Speed Underground (PS2) used at EB Games the other day.

Though, frankly, I may never buy another game from them again. Those annoying stickers they slap all over the game case can't be removed without leaving the adhesive on the case.

Yeah there is a lot of button mashing, but I find it satisfying. You can mow down hundreds of enemy warriors in a single stage.

Dynasty Warriors 4 has added a lot of features to the series including experience points for your weapons (kill enough enemies, and your weapons get stronger and change appearance) and siege engines like catapaults that you have to destroy.

What do you think of number 3?
