I actually do kinda like this one. It has a succinctness / efficiency that's very appealing.

I love good lighting beyond description.
You can tell it was expertly lit because it looks like there was no lighting at all. My favorite example is when the thief comes in through the roof and on his way down the stairs he sees the bathroom night-light. I love that scene.

I like how Brunham (Whitaker) becomes a sort of sympathetic character.
By the end you're rooting for him. Having seen it again I think it's better than I remember.

^It's okay. I watched some Ren & Stimpy earlier.
- I just now watched most of Hardware. Awful movie. I fast-forwarded through the middle and end because it never went anywhere. On a side note; I'm very sure that a musical note from this movie is used as the string part in an Amon Tobin remix of Ryuichi Sakamoto.
