Visual Kei

There was never really a thread on this. Anyone into it?

Right now I'm listening to Malice Mizer:

The only visual kei band I kinda like is L'arc~en~ciel. From what I understand, telling somebody you like them in Japan is kinda like saying you like Van Halen... or maybe Guns n Roses, heh.
hmm.. american version would be Good Charlotte. when i first saw a picture of these guys, i thought they were goth. but they're total pop punk.

I don't like L'arc, Malice Mizer has a goth sound, Dir en Grey is more industrial.

Dir en Grey is closer to Marilyn Manson.

How can a song called "Murder-Death-Kill" not be awesome? They somehow manage to pull it off.
