Been quiet on the Batman front so I'm assuming they're filming on soundstages now. But this little tidbit came out: Warner Brothers will attach a 6-minute clip of ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ in front of all IMAX versions of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol when it opens in IMAX theaters on December 16th.

I knew that WB would give us either a new trailer in front of it's next big movie which I thought was Sherlock Holmes, completely forgot about MI4

So here's a spoilerish video of the filming going on @ NYC's stock market that shows Batman vs Bane. Bane obviously seems to get the upperhand in this sequence but who knows which confrontation this is and if in fact Bane hurts Bats as he does in Knightfall. Although rumors run rampant that Bane does trash Bats pretty bad. I'm not sure about them kicks Bane is throwing tho o_O

Also the question still remains if venom will have a part in this flick. Tom Hardy has already laughed at the comments of people saying he's not big enough to play the Bane fans wanna see. What someone suggested is that most of Batman's foes have been just plain simple bad guys, but Bane is his mental and physical equal and that he's gonna be like the bad version of what Bruce Wayne coulda been. Then there's the scene from the teaser trailer that shows a pretty big Bane charging a worn down dark knight.

...brutal. He's a big dude who's incredibly clinical, in the fact that he has a result-based and oriented fighting style. It's not about fighting. It's about carnage. The style is heavy-handed, heavy-footed, it's nasty. Anything from small-joint manipulation to crushing skulls, crushing rib cages, stamping on shins and knees and necks and collarbones and snapping heads off and tearing his fists through chests, ripping out spinal columns. He is a terrorist in mentality as well as brutal action.

He was injured early in his story. He's suffering from pain and needs gas to survive. He can't survive the pain without the mask. The pipes from the mask go back along his jawline and feed into the thing at his back, where there are two cannisters.

he's a brutal fighter but his weakness is his breathing system? kind of hard to predict how a finale fight will go.
