They used animatronic E.T. puppets in the movie, not stop-motion but who knows what kind of CGI wand waving they've done since. Went to see that with my Mom when it came out and she was bawling at the end...so embarrassing!

Yeah but when the Mothership plays those tones and the ULFs fucked up all the equipment. Man, I love that part.

It's still one of my favorite movies. Optimistic and scary at the same time.

Watched the X-Men anime (first episode). It's not bad in that stylized way action anime can often look. Weird to hear nihongo coming from recognizable characters like Beast and Storm though

my neighbor listens to some pretty whack music. don't know who it is. some opera sounding guy. but on my side of the wall, it sounds like some dude making spooky halloween noises, set to piano music. can't wait to move out of here.

maybe the board would see more activity if it required twitter accounts to sign-up?

In general energy I've noticed, of late, a bit of a diffusion.

The boards seem like one example of the kind of energy shift I've seen in many areas of 'reality.'

I keep thinking to myself that something is up.

That something seems to be gaining momentum.

It is of no surprise that the boards are slowing down. Everything else seems to be doing the same.

I really do have the feeling that something is waiting to happen.

Something purpose-built. Not activated. The timing isn't right yet. A sentinal. Waiting.
