Where in Detroit do you live? My pops was from there. I'm originally from Cal but I had a long distance relationship with a girl from Detroit when I was living in Virginia Beach(navy stint). When I would visit, it would be on the weekends and brief but we always managed to go to St.Andrews(is that place still cool? Or was it ever cool?) and fluctuate between the main floor and the techno room eqipped with one strobelight.
You need to put up some audio so we can hear your sets.
I should have my shit up pretty soon.

i live in the "metro-detroit area" meaning i don't live anywhere near detroit. i'm out in tha redneck region, walled lake to be more exact. st. andrews is kinda suckin it these days, and i guess its coolness or lack of it kinda depends on your perspective. i guess it's one of the better places to go, but the techno room is gone, so yeah, it is lame.

Check out http://www.syquil.com. My homie runs that site and you can post your bio, as well as your set on this site. Go to the dj page for your bio etc. and go to the earhole section for info on sending your audio. My shit should be up this week hopefully.
