Volunteer in a Small Town
Chizuru Nakagawa is a volunteer who packed her things from Tokyo and went to a town she’d never heard of to help. Months and months later as the town is slowly picking up where it all went wrong, she’s still there and is part of the fabric of the rebuilding.
