Appleseed Machina

At GR2, we were interviewed for the Appleseed DVD. It's a new version that has John Woo involved, so you an expect the action to be fast paced and tight. I'm not sure where anime is going, but it's getting a decent push in the US, and this is all moving forward with new techniques and style. I can't say I watched a ton of Appleseed way back, but it was a hot title back in the day. The shoot was cool, long and detailed, a lot about Asian popular culture both in the US and in Japan.
