Giant RISObots: A RISOgraph Print Art Exhibition

Art by Arlin Ortiz, and features a cartoon snake with brush and plants and many great colors.

Exhibition Begins Feb 15th, 2025 12 Noon PST and We'll open at around 1pm. We will have a reception with artists at 6-9pm and everyone is welcomed.

We've toyed with the idea of having a Risograph exhibition of some sort and the paper aligned just right this year. We're featuring some of our favorites in the genre. Natalie Andrewson, Amy Matsushita-Beal, Nat Center, Arlin Ortiz, and John Pham.

Natalie Andrewson lives in LA, makes bright and blazing Riso prints and has a wonderful book. We should have that in stock

Amy Matsushita-Beal is living in Japan, and graduated from Art Center of Pasadena and will be at the reception. We're excited.

Nat Center once ran the Riso studio at Otis School and graduated from there as well, and is an "art of Riso," Riso expert with a catalog of a variety of prints.

Arlin Ortiz is new to me, and makes cute imagery with Riso. I was excited as soon as I saw it!

John Pham who is an "OG Riso" maker and one of the very early exhibitors at GR2 about 20 years ago!
