Interview with Jim Nakano - The Donut Man

It was a pleasure to interview Jim Nakano, the Donut Man for GR Media. This was second time and it was just as great as the first. Here's the link. I got to eat a fresh tiger tail and even watched him taste testing a donut and I caught that on video. He calls the inside pockets of the donut, cells! Awesome.
