Two Chinese students shot near USC campus. Yes, they were students and innocently walking down the street at night. Ying Wu and Ming Qu were gunned down. There’s vigils and more, and although violence is said to have been going down, carjackings of BMWs will continue. (Fox – USC)

It may not seem like much, but an Asian American coaching a serious college football program is a rarity. He’ll be the head coach at University of Hawaii, the perfect fit since he’s a Chinese American from Hawaii. His claim to fame aside from being part of the BYU football program, mostly as a play caller and then his Offensive Coordinator position at USC during their national number one years in 2003 and 2004. He’s basically a coach and will be the perfect fit for the school. (Fox – Norm Chow)
