Totoro Snowflake and Uglydoll Snowflake Templates

It's not easy, so take warning you will need a sharp Xacto knife. I've also included templates to make Uglydoll snowflakes as well. I made the Totoro one today, and yes it'll take some time, but they do come out quite beautifully. I used an Xacto knife and sharp scissors. If you use a thinner paper, this could be easier although the knife may slip a bit more on it.
