Most of you won’t have heard of any of the players involved. This is a story about a leader, Bo Xilai of Chongqing, one of the largest cities in the world. It’s in China. His wife allegedly was involved in killing a British businessman, Neil Heywood. The police chief, a colleague of Bo, decided to leave friendship aside and work on the case. The story is unfolding as we speak. Some of the players like Bo haven’t been seen in public in a month. The police chief nearly sought asylum in the US and is now in trouble.   Invest seven digits  in the US and you’ll get that VISA. Known as the EB-5, the visa requires applicants to invest $500,000 in projects in economically struggling regions or $1 million in a commercial venture in other locations. The investments must create or preserve 10 jobs for two years. If successful, the applicants and their families – spouses and children younger than 21 – are awarded permanent residency. Terracotta Warriors to arrive in NYC. It sounds like a rap group or dance crew, doesn’t it? 10 warriors will make it from the millions who are probably still buried. They’re 600 pounds each. Do they fly first class? They’ll be at the Discovery Times Square. You’d like they’d make it to the Museum of Natural History, but this location sounds just as great.
